Today’s outfit was inspired by these incredible platform boots by Saint Laurent. Jess of 2012 with the Jeffrey Campbells has grown up and gone to shoe heaven. They’re very 60s inspired, so I’ve paired them with an A line leather skirt from Topshop that I reckon I’ve had for about ten years. This is the kind of thing that prevents me from Marie Kondo-ing my entire wardrobe because you just never know when you might wear a piece again. Then I’m wearing an asymmetric knit top which I totally forgot to get pictures of (oops) and one of my most worn jackets, this suede biker from All Saints. I’ll try to find something similar to link below. Because this is an all black outfit, textures and shapes become all the more important; we’ve got a bit of shine, a bit of knit, a bit of suede. Let me know if you guys like!
I’ve linked up the boots on two websites (both in the sale!) because they are sold out in lots of sizes. I’ve also linked up a men’s suede biker from All Saints (as mine is no longer available) that looks very similar to mine, but also a women’s version too from Selected Femme!
