Looking to help you refine your manuscripts as a freelance book editor. With my editorial services, I’m leveraging my many years reading, reviewing, and discussing books both in the classroom and online. This experience gives me a somewhat unique perspective on the world of books, and a wide-ranging knowledge of genres and possibilities when it comes to your writing.
Currently open to almost all genres. My speciality is in fiction—literary and otherwise.

Service 01: Book Coaching
Do you have an idea for a book, or the first few thousand words, but would like support through the process of compiling or finishing a novel? Book coaching services can help keep you on track, whilst providing editorial feedback throughout.
Service 02: Developmental Editing
An in-depth look at your work, which includes a written report and a close engagement with the manuscript itself. Recommended for those with a finished draft.
Service 03: Manuscript Assessment
A written report providing an overall appraisal of your manuscript; what works, what might need improving, and suggestions for how to move forward. Can be done at almost any time.
Service 04: Copyediting, Line Editing, or Proofreading
This is more about the fine-tuning at the line level. Highly recommended for those looking to self-publish.
